Your commitment to us

When you confirm your purchase, you are accepting that these terms and conditions form the basis of any contract between Adventure Valley and yourself.

No contract exists between you and Adventure Valley for the sale of any tickets until we have received and accepted your order and received payment in full.  Once cleared funds are received, there is a binding contract between us.

Prices

The description and price of tickets you order will be shown on Adventure Valley website at the time you place your order.  Prices are in UK Sterling and inclusive of any applicable taxes with there are no surcharges whatsoever. 

If the amount you pay for a ticket is incorrect regardless of the below reasons, we have the right to cancel that ticket or the order for that ticket and refund to You the amount that You paid.  This rule applies whether the incorrect ticket price is due to human error or a transactional malfunction of this website or other ATG operated systems.

1.     A price error posted on the Site or otherwise communicated to You

2.     You are able to order a ticket before its scheduled on-sale or pre-sale date

3.     You are able to order a ticket that was not supposed to have been released for sale

Prices displayed on the site are subject to change without notice.  We accept most major credit and debit cards in partnership with our payment gateway.

Events

It is Your responsibility to ascertain whether an Event has been cancelled or re-scheduled.  It is Your responsibility to find the date and time of any re-scheduled Event. Where an Event is cancelled or re-scheduled, We will make every attempt to notify You using the details You provided Us with at the time of booking your ticket. We do not guarantee that You will be informed of such cancellation before the date of the Event.
It is Your responsibility to inform Us of any change to the contact address, telephone number or email address You provide Us with at the time of booking.

Tickets purchased are non-refundable and non-transferable. Only in exceptional circumstances and subject to availability can your booking be changed. If your booking is changed, a £2.50 per ticket charge will be added. Notification of your non-attendance must be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your booked event start date and time.

For Adventure Valley’s Winter Wonderland Christmas Event:

1.     You must arrive at least 10 minutes before your booked time slot.  Failure to do so may mean your group will start the event without you.

2.     Appropriate clothing and footwear for a winter indoor and outdoor experience must be worn.

3.     It is recommended pushchairs are left in the Stroller Park. We are not responsible for any loss, theft or damage to your property.

Online Security

To ensure that your online shopping experience is secure, your credit / debit card details will be encrypted on a secure server to minimize the possibility of someone being able to read them as they are sent over the Internet.

Limitation of Liability

Adventure Valley total liability for in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty), misrepresentation, restitution or otherwise, arising in connection with the performance or contemplated performance of this agreement shall be limited to the price paid for the goods.

The limitation on any exclusion from liability contained in these conditions shall be subject to the provisions of second 2(1) of the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

Adventure Valley will not be liable in any amount for failure to perform any obligation under this agreement if such failure is caused by the occurrence of any unseen event beyond its reasonable control including without limitation Internet and Communication outages, fire, flood, war or act of God.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck out and the remaining provisions shall remain in force.

Cancellations

Unfortunately we cannot issue any refunds for cancellations.

Online Booking

Once purchased on-line tickets may not be used in conjunction with any other offer. No ticket may be resold.  We reserve the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.

Any discounts or offers on-line are available for limited quantities and periods only and shall not be available on bookings made by phone or in person.

Please bring along your booking reference number and/or email print out.
