How do I use my DigiTickets?

You will be emailed an order confirmation that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a barcode that also contains this number. You may make a note of this number and take with you when you visit the attraction in place of a ticket, although we suggest printing out the email or showing it on your smart phone as this will contain a barcode which will grant you quicker access.

Do you issue refunds?

No, we regret we are unable to issue refunds.

What happens when I buy a ticket online?

On completion of your order, you will be emailed a DigiTicket containing a barcode and booking reference number.  Present this ticket on arrival, or if you don’t have a printer, simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number.

I don't have a printer...

You do not have to print out the 8 digit booking reference – simply make a note of the Booking Reference Number and take it with you, coupled with some ID.

How long will I be in the activity / event last for?

The day can last as long as you wish as tickets allow full days entry from 10 am when we open until closing time. We recommend a minimum of 3 hours for your visit.

What time should I arrive?

You must arrive 5 minutes before your activity starts.  Please report to the Customer Service Desk with your ticket and we will direct you to the activity. Each session will start promptly and unfortunately we cannot wait for late arrivals.

Is Car Parking available?

Yes Adventure Valley has a large hard standing car park adjacent to the park with additional grass parking for those busy days.

Can I make group bookings?

Yes please telephone us on 0191 386 8291, group rates are available for 20+ paying children.

Is there wheelchair access?

Yes there is Wheelchair access with tarmac paths around the majority of the site and toilet facilities located by Cafe Italia. The lower areas of the site are situated on a slope.

Can I purchase a ticket at the gate on the day?

You can buy tickets at the gate on the day, although if you book online in advance you can save money with our online booking discount.

Do you have restrooms available?

Yes there are restrooms and a baby changing facility. There is also an onsite cafe.

What ID do I need for a carer?

This can be either a registered carers card or official letter stating you are in receipt of carers allowance, please note this is not the same as disability living allowance.

Can I buy tickets online for today?

Online tickets can only be purchased up until the day before your visit however you can still get tickets on the day when you arrive.
