!!!IMPORTANT BOOKING INFORMATION: The time slot booked on your date of choice, is the time at which you must be at our Santa’s meeting point…ready for the magical, personalised 1-1 moment with him. BOOKING TIME = SANTA SLOT TIME!!! With your ticket, you have access to the park all day from opening, independent of your santa slot time (please note, if you are late to your Santa slot we cannot re-schedule this, due to event timings). FOR EXAMPLE, if you book a 3/4/5pm Santa slot, we advise to ARRIVE a few hours early to maximise activities and festivities time before the park closes.

Our Christmas experience will create magical memories to treasure with your loved ones. Our personalised Santa experience is one of a kind - Santa will know the child's name, age, what they wish for Christmas and a secret fact! We have a jam-packed programme of festive fun: themed activities, sweet shop experience, elf toy shop gift and interactive elf academy show. These are ALL INCLUSIVE in the cost of your experience.

We have no time limit in place for these activities, so you are able to do these at your leisure throughout the day of your visit as well as explore the park, if you wish. WE RECOMMEND that whatever time your Santa slot is booked for, you ARRIVE EARLY to maximise activity time.

OPENING HOURS: 29th & 30th November 10-5pm. 6th, 7th, 13th, 14th, 20th, 21st, 22nd & 23rd December 9-5pm. 24th December 9-4pm. 

Your Magical Journey begins at entry, where children receive a Winter Wonderland Passport. Within, you will have a section for your Santa meeting and a section for Elf-led activities. This passport is stamped for completion of your Santa meeting and Elf-led activities, so keep it nice and safe!

Once you have received your Passport, you are free to explore all the Activities included in this years’ Winter Wonderland:

• Ride the Winter Valley Express 

• Enjoy the Pony Christmas ride

• Visit Claus’s Candy sweet shop and create your perfect pick’n’mix!

• Make a bag of magical reindeer food for Rudolph and his gang

• Interactive elf academy show for all the family (on multiple times a day, for you to join at a time of your choice)

• Decorate a festive Gingerbread Biscuit with the loveliest Mrs Claus

• Enjoy ride-on animals on our rink (no ice)

• Bounce high on the huge winter inflatable

• Get creative in our colouring & santa letters area

• A surprise brand new addition featuring our naughty elf Trixie

• A 1-1 personalised Santa meeting is followed by a visit to the Elf Toy Shop where you can choose your own gift

*Please note, UNDER 1 YEAR OLD'S have a non-participating ticket but can accompany throughout the visit. If you wish for them to participate, you will have to purchase a child ticket.

*PUSH CHAIRS are not permitted in the event's barn, but we have a pushchair park nearby.

T&C'S: 

1. Tickets cannot be moved to a different date/time once booked.

2. Tickets cannot be moved to another event.

3. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

4. Tickets are only valid to be redeemed by the name matching the booking reference.

5. If your santa slot time is missed, this cannot be re-scheduled.

6. Once the toy choice has been made at the elf toy-shop in exchange for the golden ticket, toys cannot be exchanged.

7. Information for santa regarding child, cannot be amended once booked, unless case of emergency.
